Reports
are prepared to give clients a detailed account of the construction
as well as the defects requiring attention. Summarising the main items,
together with a note of any further inspection needed.
Always conscious of the anxiety a prolonged delay can give everyone in these situations, Fraser Glennie tries to respond by visiting the property within 48 hours of a firm instruction. Clients are then phoned the same day with a brief explanation of the report to follow, which will normally be presented within 7 working days.
Should it be required, assistance can be given in obtaining contractors estimates and advice on any remedial work that is found necessary. |
| Letting & Property Management |

We keep abreast of the current trends and can give advice on rents and rent reviews for property owners wishing to let out their property. Our current rentals range form £295 to £2000 per calendar month.
We can also undertake to find suitable tenants and arrange the letting agreement and manage the tenancy.
Managing on behalf of clients includes the preparation and checking of the inventories, the collection of rents, and the supervision of repairs.
We can also give you useful advice on the taxation involved in letting out your property.
One of our first clients had to move overseas for a period of six years from 1985 to 2001 when he returned to take up occupation once again. In the interim period 6 tenants were successfully found to rent the property including one who came for 6 months and stayed 3 years. |
